Refund policy

Once an order is placed, it will generally take 3-5 days to ship. All orders are shipped First Class USPS for a $3.00 charge. If you place an order for $50 or more, first class shipping is free.

Although returns are not accepted, exchanges can be made within 30 days. To make an exchange, send an email to me at beadchic66@msn.com with your name and address, item to exchange, purchase date and purchase price. I will respond with further information.

I stand by my work. If your jewelry should break for any reason within the first two months of wearing it, I will repair it for free. After two months there will be a fee for repairs to cover materials, unless it is a result of a faulty component.
